Dios es neustro Salvador! God is our Savior! Thank you for joining with us for the month of May.

Our grandson Brayden had his 12th Birthday. May 5th was his Birthday.

The grandchildren were so excited. They got to experience our dog CoCo have puppies. She gave bith to six puppies.

Weather related events 273 have occurred affecting 500,082 people. 1,965 people were evacuated, 4,757 people received humanitarian asistance. 60 people were placed in tempoary shelters and 15 deaths. These were reported in the departments of Alta Verapaz, Chiquimula, Guatemala, Huehuetenango, and Zacapa. there were 930 houses sustained damages, 8 schools, 85 roads, 2 buildings and 3 bridges destroyed.

The village of Pacren road was washed out a few days ago. Trucks could not pass. Everyone had to walk . It took Edwins mother and daughter 2 hours to walk from their house to the ministry center to get formula.

UPDATE: Mays report of ministry projects.

The month of May showed great improvement in the babies health. We helped 52 babies receive formula in May. Some new babies received baby bottles.

We had a feeding center in the village of El Volcan. Sister Deborah is a great help organizer for the feeding center.There was around 100 children and adults. They received a bowl of chicken soup, two tortillas, and a cup of cool aid

student receives money for the month

Twenty-three students received their money in May. These students have a sponsor so they can attend Middle and High school.

Two water tanks were installed in the village of Tapaun. They hold 290 gallons of water.

Greatest Needs:

Baby formula! The cost is now $182 for a case of 1’s. There are 24 cans to case. The cost is now $175 for a case of 2’s. There are 24 cans to a case. We need sponsors to buy formula by the case on a monthly bases.

Currently we have 8 families on the list to receive a water tank. The tanks cost $275 each. We need you to consider buying a tank.
