Family Corner
We need prayer for the entire family. All of us has been fighting the stomach virus and cough.
This month we had a lot of expenses. The truck needed a tune up, brakes, and four new tires. Thank you sponsors for your help.
Our grandchildren and their classmates were required to prepare a local Guatemalan dish.
Our grandchildren painted a rabbit with a brush or tooth brush.
UPDATE: July’s report of ministry projects
The month of July 56 babies received three cans of formula. You can see a great change in the weight of the babies. Two mothers received baby bottles.
Twenty-three students received their money in July. These students have a sponsor so they can attend Middle and High school.
No water tanks were installed. They had to be postponed until September. This means 6 water tanks will be given to families then. Vickie was in the hospital, truck repair and four new tires, Our granddaughter had her apendix removed. I am sorry for the inconvience it caused.
Greatest Needs: Baby Formula! The cost is now $182 for a case of 1’s. This is for babies 0 to 5 months. There are 24 cans to a case. The cost is now $175 for a case of 2’s. This is for babies 6 to 12 months. There are 24 cans to a case. We need sponsors to buy formula by the case on a monthly bases. Pray about this need please.
Currently we have 13 families on the list to receive a water tank. The tanks cost $275 each. We need you to consider buying a tank.Water storage is a problem.
Beca students: Students needing a sponsor so they can continue their education. They want to attend Middle and High school. It cost $40 a month or $480 a year. Please consider sponsoring a student to continue their education. We are in need of 12 sponsors this school year 2023.
