Restoration Ministries Newsletter

April, 2011

Jeny’s father is so faithful to bring her every Wednesday to our house.  Then we take them to the town of Chiquimula so Jeny can receive her therapy.  All the therapists are so kind.  Continue to pray for her that she will walk.

God supplied the money for a water tank for Dorian’s brother.  He used the tank to hold water so he could build his adobe house.  His house is finished, and we are ordering his gutters and drain pipes next week.  If you are interested in supplying a family with potable water, the cost of a water system is $250.

God opened a door to translate for a group during Easter week.  I shared the gospel through translation and other areas as needed.

Vickie, Melissa, and I went to the village of Tapuan to support a local pastor during a revival.  It is our desire to be an encouragement to the pastors in the area.  What a blessing to be able to visit another church.

Our trips twice a month to El Tesoro are such a blessing to us.  We go with the intention of blessing the people, but they show so much love and care to us.  They feed us supper every time we go.  My friend, Carlos, and his wife, Carolina, are a

great help to the local church.  Carlos and I preach and Carolina and Melissa teach the children.  There has been an average of 27 adults and eight children in attendance.

Melissa and Vickie went to the Middle School to hand out the monthly money to the students. The teachers and students wanted to send their thanks to you for your continued support. Their report cards for the first semester will be coming out in a few days. If you are interested in sponsoring a student for next school year, let us know, and we will send you the information.
